This is anarchist conduct; this is criminal conduct. It is important to emphasize: the High Court&#8217;s decision obliges the government just as it obliges every citizen in the country. No minister is allowed to turn himself into a legislator, a judge, and an executor at the same time. We call on all gatekeepers &#8211; led by the Attorney General &#8211; to stand against this move with all their might and make it clear that there is no ruling that the government is entitled to &#8220;not recognize&#8221;. We will continue the legal and public struggle until it is clear to everyone: in the State of Israel, no one is above the law &#8211; not even the government.<\/p>\n<p>The Movement intends to apply to the High Court of Justice with a request under the Contempt of Court Ordinance, and demand that heavy sanctions be imposed on the responsible ministers &#8211; heavy fines and even arrest &#8211; until they comply with the court&#8217;s decision in full.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Movement for Quality Government: A government that chooses for itself which rulings to uphold and which to violate &#8211; tramples on the rule of law.
