Operations Wing

MQG’s Operations Wing powers our field presence, civic mobilization, and logistical resilience. From historic protests to rapid-response efforts during national emergencies, our team ensures that the voice of the public is not only heard — but organized, visible, and effective

About us

Since our founding, MQG has led some of Israel’s most influential civic actions.

We’ve mobilized nationwide protests on issues ranging from economic centralization to judicial independence — including the Balfour demonstrations and calls for a State Commission of Inquiry into events like the Second Lebanon War. A defining moment was the Umbrellas Protest at HaBima Square, where tens of thousands gathered to oppose anti-democratic legislation.

We coordinate weekly protests and field actions across the country, support large-scale campaigns like “Equality of Burden,” and maintain infrastructure to respond in times of national crisis.

Public Engagement & Awareness

Beyond demonstrations, we believe in sustained dialogue. We host:

• Parlor meetings that bring legal and civic issues into people’s living rooms
• Community town halls to discuss democratic erosion and civic responsibility
• Hackathons and hands-on legal innovation events with students and activists

These efforts are designed to make abstract legal challenges accessible and actionable — connecting the dots between policy and daily life.

Professional Trainings

We offer practical workshops for individuals aspiring to lead or serve the public. These programs include:

• Lectures from legal, media, and governance experts
• Training in democratic values and institutional resilience
• Interactive exercises on strategic communication and public integrity

These sessions empower participants to become active stewards of democracy in both elected and civil roles.

Volunteer Network

Our volunteers are the lifeblood of MQG’s operations. Active across dozens of hubs nationwide, they support protests, staff public events, assist with logistics, and extend MQG’s reach into every corner of Israeli society.
Whether behind the scenes or on the front lines — volunteers help transform outrage into action.
